Upon reception of your consultation form, along with requested photos, we will provide you with an estimate (quote).

We accept cash payments, bank tranfers / cheques under guarantee from your bank or by credit cards ( Visa and Mastercard only).

In case of credit card payment, please check with your bank that you are authorised to debit the involved amount.

Payment should be made after the consultation and prior to the surgery.
